No. Checkout is guest only. You enter an email at checkout and we send your order confirmation and shipping updates there. No password, no signup.
CAD $10 flat, anywhere in Canada, and orders over CAD $225 (before tax) ship free. A few addresses cost our courier much more to reach, and free shipping does not apply to those; enter your address at checkout and the exact amount appears before you pay.
Canada, coast to coast. We do not ship internationally right now. If you are local, you can choose pickup in New Westminster, BC at checkout instead.
We ship with Canada Post. Transit is 3 to 5 business days for most of the country. Orders leave our hands within 2 business days of payment.
Yes. When your order ships, we email you the Canada Post tracking number.
Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards. Your card details go straight to our payment processor; we never see or store them.
Yes. Canadian sales tax (GST, HST, or PST, depending on your province) is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Email us first with your order number and we will walk you through it; the shipping and returns page has the full policy.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace the item or refund you. That one is on us, including shipping.
Orders are final once placed, because we start on them right away. Still, email us with your order number as soon as you can; if your order has not shipped yet, we will tell you honestly what is still possible. Once it ships, the return policy takes over.
We pick every product ourselves. If it is on the site, we think the quality, finish, and design earn the price. We do not list filler.
